At the invitation of the Stanford Executive Program (SEP), Master Li Shudong, a prominent representative and well-known Master of Chen-style Tai Chi Chuan in the United States, taught traditional Tai Chi Chuan internal cultivation techniques, Tai Chi Yin-Yang theory, and practical experience courses to industry leaders and executives from around the world at Stanford University.
In this course, Master Li Shudong provided detailed explanations from multiple perspectives. He first introduced the traditional Yin-Yang theoretical system, emphasizing the importance of Tai Chi Yin-Yang theory in personal physical and mental regulation and daily life. He then shared the application of traditional internal cultivation techniques in specific matters, offering vivid case analyses to deepen the students’ understanding of these techniques.

Additionally, Master Li Shudong demonstrated traditional Tai Chi Chuan routines and introduced common fitness methods from the Stanford University Medical Tai Chi course he established. These methods are not only easy to learn and apply but also significantly improve physical health.
