Dean Woytek jozko zaiko made a systematic analysis of the health and fitness value of Taijiquan from the basis of the traditional theory of Taijiquan to the specific movement forms and skill characteristics, combined with modern scientific indicators and language expression forms. He is convinced that through the discussion of this forum, we will have a new understanding of the health and fitness value of Taijiquan. He is also convinced that people all over the world will experience peace and harmony in the process of practicing Taijiquan and Qigong.
Lingwei Li: Member of the International Olympic Committee,

She is the first female singles badminton player in the history of world badminton to win gold medals in the finals of World Championships, World Cup, All England, and Grand Prix.
