Dr. Hui Ru Wang


Professor of the Department of Physical Education of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, master’s tutor, director of the “Sports, Medicine, Health and Care Integrated Development Research Center” of the Yangtze River Delta Institute of Health, Shanghai Jiaotong University, member of the Wushu and Traditional National Sports Branch of the Chinese Society of Sports Sciences, and sports health care of the Chinese Society of Rehabilitation Medicine Member of the Standing Committee of the Science Popularization Professional Group of the Rehabilitation Committee, member of the Sports Rehabilitation Branch of the Shanghai Sports Science Association.

Mainly engaged in research on integration of sports medicine and health promotion. Has successively cooperated with Shanghai Jiaotong University Renji Hospital, First People’s Hospital, Ruijin Hospital and other affiliated hospitals to treat clinical diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis, female stress urinary incontinence, breast tumors, osteoporosis, etc. Exercise therapy; undertook more than 10 projects including National Social Science Fund, Shanghai Philosophy and Social Planning Project, Shanghai Municipal Education Commission Project, and International Sports General Administration’s key scientific and technological research projects; as the person in charge, he lectured on the national first-class undergraduate course “Step by Step Yoga”, Ministry of Education International Platform Classes “Theory and Practice on Improving Immunity Based on Traditional Eastern Exercises”; as a think tank expert, 4 special reports on management advice were adopted by the General Office of the Central Committee of the People’s Republic of China.

主要从事体医结合与健康促进研究。先后与上海交通大学附属仁济医院、第一人民医院、瑞金医院等附属医院合作,进行系统性红斑狼疮、强直性脊柱炎、女性压力性尿失禁、乳腺肿瘤、骨质疏松症等临床疾病的运动疗法;承担国家社科基金、上海哲社规划课题、上海市教委课题、国际体育总局科技攻关重点课题等10余项;作为负责人主讲国家级一流本科课程《循序渐进练瑜伽》,教育部国际平台慕课《Theory and Practice on Improving Immunity Based on Traditional Eastern Exercises》;作为智库专家,4篇资政建言专报分别被中国中央办公厅、民进中央采纳为专报单篇。
